Create new inspection

The Create new inspection creation page allows you to create and schedule inspections according to a ready-made inspection scheme. You can schedule a single inspection - like Regular or MultiInspection or a group of inspections.

Important: If the created inspection does not fill in the fields of the editable form, the user will not be able to identify such an inspection.

Regular inspection

The Regular inspection creation allows to create one inspection according to the selected template, specifying the User Access Group.

Multiple inspections

The Multiple Inspection creation allows you to create multiple inspections based on the selected template by pre-filling the fields in the Excel form. To get a template to fill out, select "Inspection template" and click "Download a template for filling on Excel".

After filling out the template, “Upload file” back into the system to create inspections.

Multi-inspection

The Multi-Inspection creation allows you to create multi-inspections based on the selected special template with “Multi-inspection” mark.

After creating an inspection, the created inspection will open on a new page.
